Load For Less Transportation LLC is an interstate motor carrier operating under active authority MC 1123462 and DOT 3450944. Our office is located at 7051 Corporate Way, Unit 2I, Dayton, OH 45459.

We provide dry van, full truckload, less-than-truckload, dedicated, regional, long haul, time-critical, and distribution freight services. A booking is formed when both parties confirm the load details, rate, and pickup window in writing, including by email or rate confirmation.

Quoted rates are all-in for the scope described at the time of quoting and remain valid for the period stated on the rate confirmation. Detention, layover, redelivery, and other accessorials apply only when disclosed in advance or caused by circumstances outside our control. Invoices are due per the agreed payment terms. Late invoices may be subject to the remedies available under applicable law and any credit agreement.

The shipper is responsible for accurate commodity descriptions, weights and dimensions, proper packaging and blocking, and lawful loading. Hazardous materials must be disclosed before dispatch. We may refuse freight that is misdeclared, unsafe, or unlawful to transport.

Cargo liability is governed by the Carmack Amendment and the limits stated on the bill of lading and our cargo policy. Claims must be filed in writing within the periods required by federal regulation. Nothing on this website expands cargo liability beyond those limits.

Loads cancelled after a driver has been dispatched may be subject to a truck-ordered-not-used charge reflecting actual costs incurred.

Liability for transportation services is limited as provided by applicable transportation law, the bill of lading, and our cargo policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and applicable federal transportation law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes not subject to a different written agreement shall lie in the state or federal courts serving Montgomery County, Ohio.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
